Eksjoe Stadshotell

This hotel was a great find in the heart of a charming town. The location couldn't have been better - right by the main square. The room had a slightly gloomy atmosphere, but it was spacious and had a good shower. The attention to detail was evident in the recently remodeled bathroom with nice fixtures. The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The included breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The best part was that in the restaurant, there were special low prices for very good beef, and even a beer included! this hotel offered excellent value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting this lovely town.

We chose this hotel for location - we were attending a wedding in the area. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The restaurant/bar has a disco on the weekends (and seems to be where everyone in town congregates) until about 1am so bear this is mind if you want a quiet stay. There is a free car park across the road from the hotel, which is very convenient. The buffet breakfast was great. This hotel is good value for money.

The location was great, right on the main square. We had a room with a lovely view of the city and the church. The hotel was clean and we appreciated the free parking. The breakfast was fantastic with several types of cheese. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good position, in the main square of the town of Eksjo,which is quite small and has nice well-preserved wooden houses in the old center. Classical old-fashioned hotel with a good wednesday shrimps buffet, very crowded by locals. Not so balanced in quality vs price proportion, the room does not worth 95 Euro/night.

One of the best hotels I have been to. The hotel is situated in the city center in front of the center plaza, and in a great area. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food is excellent and worth it. The room was very big and clean, overlooking center plaza and the hotel parking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who travels for business, golf trip or nature / vacation.

Additionally, the included breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, offering a wide variety of options. The fact that there was an on-site restaurant added a touch of elegance to the overall experience.

No major issues to report, everything was satisfactory.

We travelled as a family and there were no extra beds left. There was a lot of noise since there is a disco in the first floor.

The Staff was very friendly, the Hotel is a nice old building in the middle of the town, the room was good, the interiour of the breakfast room is a little old, the Sauna is very basic in the cellar

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the well-prepared breakfast menu which had a good variety of food items. The parking facility was great, and I loved that it was free for guests. , it was great to be able to dine in the restaurant in a classy and elegant atmosphere.

The hotel was not pleasant. My room was not clean, and the sheets had stains on them.

the location is perfect, right in the main square and close to the church. Another advantage was the beautiful old-style building, which gave a Christmasy feeling that was great for our holidays.

The scrambled eggs during breakfast were not hot, which was a big letdown, especially during the festive season. the noise from the bar late at night was a bit disturbing and could be heard from our room.
